Birth Center - $750.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: February 15th Automatic renewal (recurring payments) For freestanding birth centers owned by member LM or CNMs. This is not for hospital-owned L&D units calling themselves "birth centers". Pro-rating not available. Membership includes 1 free Professional Membership. Please email info@washingtonmidwives.org for more information.

Friends of MAWS - $100.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal (recurring payments) For businesses, consumers, or anyone else invested in midwifery care in Washington. Renews yearly on the date joined.

Professional Midwife - $250.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: February 15th Automatic renewal (recurring payments) For LMs and CNMs licensed in Washington. Conference CEUs are included in membership dues. Midwives in other states or with CPM only are welcome to join as Friends of MAWS. Pro-rating not available.

Student Midwife - $50.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: February 15th Automatic renewal (recurring payments) For student midwives in a preceptorship with a Washington midwife. Pro-rating not available. Student midwives of color receive free membership: create profile then contact membership@washingtonmidwives.org.
